 What is TRANSFORM 7?

 

TRANSFORM 7 is a 7-week challenge designed to meet you where you are and then lead you into growth and improvement that you will be proud of.  The challenge focuses on your soul (mind, emotions, and will), body, and spirit. 

 

We will help you:

- Understand your true identity and purpose

- Take practical steps to get your body healthy and back in shape

- Shift your mindset so you can embrace opportunities

- Cultivate and activate your faith

- Find true and life-giving community you can count on

 

Ultimately, we want to help you be the best version of you that you can be so that you can experience life to the full!

TRANSFORM 7 includes:

 

- A printed daily guide packed with truth, questions, reflections, and challenges

 

- Weekly group workouts led by a professional trainer that will encourage and keep you accountable as your body transforms

 

- Weekly round table discussions with elite leaders from across the USA that will cover 7 keys to living transformed

 

- Authentic community that is being transformed together online and in-person

TRANSORM 7  SCHEDULE:

MONDAY: LEADER DISCUSSION

Each Monday morning we will host an elite leader who will unpack a specific topic that is critical to transformation.  They will share their victories and defeats that have made them the man they are today.  You won't want to miss these sessions!

TUESDAY: GROUP WORKOUTS 

Our 6 AM workouts will get you moving as your body transforms.  You will be challenged, encouraged, and held accountable as we push ourselves together.  You'll have Coach Josh along the way to guide you and to ensure good form.

DAILY: GUIDEBOOK AND COMMUNITY 

Each day you will be challenged, inspired, and positioned to think deeply in ways that will transform your mind and spirit.  You'll have 24/7 access to life-giving community that is with you and for you!

BONUS...because we want to see you at your best!

  • You will receive weekly workout plans that guide you and give you specific movements to do each day - no more guess work!

  • We put together a diet/meal plan that will get your eating and drinking habits in check so you can fuel your body for transformation

Transformation Story:

I recently went through a season where I felt uninspired, without purpose, and somewhat disconnected in my faith.  I found myself hitting the snooze button most mornings, which led me to skip workouts so that I could get to work.  I was making poor choices with my food and drink intake which showed in my waistline.  I felt tired, lazy, distracted, and bored.  It didn't stop with me...my wife and kids were negatively impacted too.  It felt like I was missing the mark on all areas of my life.

Sound familiar?

I don't think I'm alone.  You may find yourself in a rut, without real friends, and unmotivated.  If Saturday College football is your highlight of the week (like it was for me at one point) - you have a problem.  You were made for more than sitting on a couch and grinding out your job week in and week out.  You were created for abundant life and to make a difference in your family, work, and world.  

"What got you where you are, won't get you where you want to be."

For me, things had to change or things were going to hit the fan. 

It started with a simple commitment: never hit the snooze button...no matter what.  I know!  Simple and small, but I'm telling you, that tiny commitment was the beginning of my transformation.  "No snooze" led to spending time with God and consistent workouts.  Workouts led to a desire to eat better and drink more water.  My confidence slowly came back.  My mindset shifted and I started to hope and dream again.  Then I began connecting with a few guys who become good friends. 

My wife and kids noted my transformation. I was more present and had more energy in every area of life.  My newfound disciplines gave me space and energy to launch a new business with one of my new friends. 

Dang...all that transformation started with a simple challenge and commitment...
