Meet our Founders

Harold Horne

Harold's identity is FREEDOM COACH.  This is exactly what he does whether he's coaching executives for a fortune 100 chemical company where he has worked for 25+ years or if he is helping coach someone through a career transition.  Harold is born to coach in a way that leads to unbelievable freedom.  Specializing in one-on-one coaching, leadership development, and workshop facilitation, Harold leverages his experience and passion to enable and equip leaders (from the frontline to the C-suite) to achieve (and often exceed) their goals.

By focusing on helping others utilize their God-given leadership identity and hone their coaching skills, Harold has been able to put his deep management and coaching experience to good use. Over the years, his coaching, leadership, and facilitation efforts have earned him full certification as a BluePoint© Master Coach, provided opportunities to speak at numerous industry-wide conferences, and  enabled him to support leaders in eighteen countries around the world.

Harold is an avid trail runner and loves spending time
with his family and serving his community and church.

Derek Harden

Derek is a TRANSFORMATIONAL PATH BLAZER who loves to lead others into new places, spaces, and mindsets.  He has an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a belief that anything is possible with God.  Derek has a diverse career background that includes engineering, manufacturing leadership, corporate coaching and management of change, healthcare business leadership, serving as the Senior Pastor at Christ Fellowship Church (www.christfellowship.me), and most recently as co-owner of Pink Duck Plumbing (www.pinkduckplumbing.com).

Derek is passionate about guiding individuals, teams, and organizations through transformational discoveries that unlock the True You Leader within.

Outside of work Derek spends most of his time with his wife and three kids (often at some sort of event or game!).  He also cultivates his overall health through working out and playing golf (forced anger management).
